Keep cutting the state income tax: Georgia’s income tax rate is already down from 6% to 4.99%, with further reductions toward 3.99% already in place. Jack will fight to keep those tax cuts on track and put more money back in the pockets of Georgia families.
Real property tax relief that lasts: Protect the new inflation cap on property assessments, which becomes universal in 2027, so a paper reassessment can’t suddenly spike your tax bill. Expand homestead exemptions to deliver even greater property tax relief for Georgia homeowners. No more surprise tax hikes on the home you own, and more of your money stays in your pocket.
Protect our seniors: Republican leadership delivered senior homestead exemptions for Fulton and Cherokee counties. Jack will continue fighting to protect seniors on fixed incomes from being taxed out of the homes and communities they helped build.
Reform the property tax system for good and show how we’ll pay for it: Jack will lead on phased property tax reform that shows the math before it passes. He’ll spell out how it gets paid for and ensure reform never comes at the expense of the police, fire, and schools those dollars support.
Stop the hidden tax: Every year, government adds rules you never get to vote on, but you still pay for them through higher insurance premiums, contractor bids, medical bills, and the cost of everyday goods and services. Jack will fight to repeal outdated or harmful regulations, require state agencies to regularly justify the rules on their books, and measure the economic impact of new regulations before they hit your wallet. Licensing rules should protect the public, not protect incumbents from competition or keep qualified Georgians stuck in paperwork.

Back our first responders: Invest in the training, staffing, pay, and equipment our police, firefighters, and other first responders need to serve our communities safely and effectively.
Crack down on career criminals, gangs, and drug traffickers: Give law enforcement the support and resources they need to keep dangerous offenders off our streets, with real consequences for repeat offenders and an end to the revolving-door justice system.
Keep growth local: Zoning and development decisions should stay with the local leaders we elect, not state bureaucrats or out-of-town developers.
Make data centers pay their own way: Their power and water costs shouldn’t land on your bill, and it’s time to eliminate the special data center tax breaks that shift costs onto Georgia families and businesses.
Fix our traffic problems: Work with state and local leaders to improve the major state roads and corridors our communities rely on, including Highway 9, Highway 20, Highway 140, Highway 372, Highway 369, and Georgia 400.

Get every child reading: 62% of Georgia third graders don't read proficiently. The Early Literacy Act puts a literacy coach in every elementary school, but the legislature must fund those 1,300 coaches every year. Jack will make sure early literacy remains a funding priority.
Put parents in charge: Give every family a real say in their kids' education and genuine options, including the Georgia Promise Scholarship, so no child is trapped in a failing school, and no family is pushed out of a great one.
Prepare kids for meaningful careers: Strengthen workforce, technical, and college pathways, including Georgia's new needs-based DREAMS scholarship, so every graduate has a path to a strong job and a successful future in Georgia.
Support our teachers: Jack will make it a budget priority to keep teacher pay ahead of the cost of living, cut the red tape that pulls teachers away from teaching, and give teachers the tools and respect they deserve.
Keep schools safe and focused: Defend the new phone-free classroom law and build on the state's investment in school safety so that no place in Georgia is safer than our schools.
